Shipping Terms and Conditions for Domestic (India) Orders:

1. Shipping Destinations: PrintedFab offers shipping services exclusively within India. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Shipping Fee: For all orders within India, we charge a flat shipping fee of 100 rupees (INR).

​

3. Free Shipping for Orders Over 500 Rupees: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders within India totaling 500 rupees (INR) or more. This means that if your order value exceeds 500 rupees, you won't be charged any shipping fees.

​

4. Shipping Provider: We have partnered with Ship Rocket, a trusted and reliable shipping provider, to ensure your orders are delivered securely and on time.

​

5. Order Processing and Shipping Times:
For orders under 100 meters, your order will be processed at our factory within 7-14 days. After processing, standard shipping within India typically takes 5-6 days. So a total delivery time of 10-17 days. This is because we custom make your order. 

​

6. Shipping Timeframes: The estimated delivery time for your order will be provided during the checkout process. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions and public holidays.

7. Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

8. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during the order placement is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Undeliverable Addresses: If our carrier is unable to deliver to the provided address for any reason, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you for updated delivery instructions. If we are unable to reach you or obtain updated information, your order may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

10. Shipping Updates: We strive to keep you informed about the status of your order and any potential delays. However, please note that unexpected circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events may impact delivery times.

11. Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package during the estimated delivery window.
